IMPORTANT! Registration Cut Off is Sunday, September 8.

Very large and very small groups will sit together only if all the reservations are made by the same person. Each reservation name requires the individual’s phone number and email address.

Once a table group is already started, additional reservations for the same table can be added simply if the original reservation-maker makes the new reservations too.

It is not necessary to make all the reservations for the same group at the same time. You can add new reservations at any time, any day, as long as the original reservation-maker makes the new reservations too.

 Seating assignments are determined under the name of the reservation-maker. Group table sizes can be as few as 2 and as many as 32 per table.

What if the reservations are made by different people? More than likely, you will be assigned different tables. When you arrive, you should report to your assigned table. At that table you will find all of your personal things that you will need for the day. Once you collect those items, feel free to move your chair wherever you like. The chairs are very light and it’s a big yard.

Seating Assignments

For Single reservations: It is vital that You include your individual phone number and an email address with four names. Thank you.


For groups of 2 or more: One person needs to make all the individual reservations for those that want to sit together. In other words, Mary Smith has 9 friends. Mary needs to sign in to website and list all other individual names, phone numbers and email addresses. Mary needs to also make the other 9 payments. Mary's 9 friends will need to reimburse Mary. Mary does not have to make the reservations at the same time. She could make one reservation per day if she wants. When all of the reservations are complete, the guest list will be sorted by the reservation maker. That is how the tables are assigned.

Chicken Salad Box Lunch that includes a whole bottle of wine (Many wine varieties are available to choose from)


You have the option of substituting 3 bottles of domestic beer for the wine


Vegetarians may choose a Vegan option instead of the Chicken Salad
